Enhanced Dedicated Server Issues

Anyone else having a crazy hard time connecting to their dedicated server after the Enhanced update? I have ensured that both the dedicated server app and my steam client are updated to the same current Enhanced version, the server folder is renamed accordingly, I even re-forwarded my ports. I've been troubleshooting this all morning. the client keeps giving me an Outdated Client error message and tells me to upgrade my game version.
