Phlebotomy job

I finished my phlebotomy schooling almost a year ago I’ve had my license since January and I still have had no luck in even landing an interview. Every place that is hiring says you need t least 1 year of experience. How are we supposed to get experience if no one will hire us. I’m considering going back to school for MA I’ve been applying at every phlebotomy position I can find and still nothing.
