when do you start to feel 100% after finishing monistat 7?

I recently had my first yeast infection last week and completed my monistat 7 treatment saturday night. Yesterday (monday evening about a full 48 hours after finishing) i finallyyyy stopped having a mild itch, however, im still pretty red down there. i’ve also noticed i’m having kind of an excess amount of discharge that ranges from thin to thick but stays creamy rather than clumpy. It’s the beginning of my 3rd day post treatment and I just want to know when you guys start to feel back to “normal” i guess after completing treatment. there’s no odor (besides sometimes smelling like pee) from my discharge either. this whole experience has just been a bit scary for me :(
