I need help.

How are people speaking to me in my mind? They are able to see my thoughts and read my mind. I've seen very clear images of nasty things portrayed in my room. Mirrors car windows passing by and directly in front of me. I don't see my bed move but have even felt a difference of weight next to me like they're standing above to do nasty things for laughs on their end. They mix in with background noise a lot but have direct link with my head even when no sound is present. I even have heard them coming through my phone videos or tv at times an just recently captured them coming through my TV video I was watching. Others heard the video capture and it's not on their videos when pulled up on YouTube so it was real. Can anyone please help or point me in the right direction I just want it to stop and maybe put them away for this it's been mental torture for years making me look insane almost diagnosed skitz and had ruined my life

I'm certain I didn't have anything implanted there's no way they could of gotten the chance to do so.

I wanna get like a rf signal blocker jammer interceptor which ever helps the most and maybe track the signal back and get It taken care of from there but I don't know which to buy and can't afford to spend a arm and leg finding out what works.
