Scam, need information

I'm really embarrassed, but I got scammed by Valorant Roulette. They changed my email address, and I wanted to know if they have the password for my email account.

I gave my password account, my username. They sent an email to my address with a series of numbers to prove that it's my email address. Don't judge me, I'm really naive and terrible with computers.
