Birth control on T?

Hey y’all. I’m pre T and plan on going on it sometime this or next year. I’ve been on birth control for ~4 years now and I really would like to noy get pregnant. I understand testosterone isnt birth control and I’m just wondering what my options are other than wearing a condom during penetrative sex. I already have my bf wear a condom during sex while on birth control because i really dont wanna get pregnant.

A hysterectomy is smthing I haven’t researched enough & wont be doing any time soon.

Is it possible to be on birth control & testosterone or does that come with complications? I’ll ask this all to my future endocrinologist but I just wanna be prepared in knowing how itll go with pregnancy prevention. Thank you all!!
