What to do for some relief from stomach ache/discomfort related to constipation?

My partner has ALL (T Cell) and is still in course one of chemo. She came home from the hospital a few days ago, and has been constipated for most of it. She’s taking miralax, femotidine and stool softeners with little effect. She will try Senna now too since the doctor has okayed it. She’s also had coffee, a bit of probiotics, and some fiber. Nothing has had the desired effect. Shes also a bit nauseous, ginger ale helps with that. She can take zofran if she needs but hasn’t felt the need for it as such.

But More than the constipation it’s the immense discomfort and pain in the abdominal area that is making her miserable. She can’t sleep. And she’s increasingly worried about eating anything.

Is there anything that will help her feel less awful? Mild exercise, breathing, massage, heating pad… anything.
