Am I the only one who thought this?

Did anyone else think that Bubble was going to be more of a pet than an actual assistant? Like more like a dog? He licked up vomit for Caine, Caine gives him head pats and calls him a good boy, and hes always by caine.

I just thought he would be like a loyal dog, and that in later episodes I thought he would attack the cast if they DARE criticize caine. This theory I had for episodes 1-7. Bubble just didn't get enough screen time in those episodes, and what screentime he got seemed to prove my point. Then Episode Eight came and smacked me in the face.

Was I the only one who thought Bubble was like Caines pet that will defend him with his life? I swear he acted a lot like one before episode Eight. I just want to know if anyone else picked this up besides me.
