Chase mortgage transactions

I've had my chase mortage account synced with Monarch for many years. This month is the very first time it has pulled in a payment transaction. Is this new? How are other people handling this? I used to just see the debit from my bank account and marked that as Mortgage so it hit my monthly budget accordingly. Now there is a "credit" as well...which is cancelling out the debit in the budget.
