Is codex still better than Claude right now on usage?

I'm on the $200 Claude plan and usage has become steaming dogshit. Feels like I'm on the $100 plan! Its been pretty established codex is better right now, but how about for usage? Didn't the double usage promos end at the beginning of the month?

Or really, how about the newer deepseeks? Are they still doing a 4x usage promo right now? Anyone compared the 2 recently?
