Genre: 2D side perspective, that unnamed mobile game genre where you guide a character with your finger. My memory is iffy here, so it could have different controls

Estimated year of release: probably around 2009. It feels like a classic mobile game era game

Graphics/art style: 2D, I think it’s like Angry Birds, but maybe a bit shinier?

Notable characters: you play as a balloon character. I think they wore red clothes and a cape. My memories are getting mixed up with other games I played tho, so something isn’t inherently wrong if the character looks different

Notable gameplay mechanics: you would float down while trying to avoid obstacles. The game was divided into at least two courses, and you weren’t able to select previously beaten courses

Other details: the first course was sky themed. The second one was deep sea themed, and I never got past it to see if there were more. I remember the game being named something like “Balloon Sam”, but looking up that name gives no results
