Psychiatrist prescribed Prozac, but hesitant to start it. What to do?

Need support/advice

19M. A few months ago I had an odd experience with magic mushrooms, which seems to have given me symptoms of OCD (SOCD, POCD, TOCD, etc.). It feels like a constant pressure in my mind and it's made it hard to get out of bed.

I talked to a psychiatrist about it and she prescribed me 10mg Prozac (I know it's a low dose) and 10mg ir Adderall. I'm used to various stimulants for ADHD, but the IR has been making me feel more wired rather than focused. I have been unmedicated for about a month due to my vyvanse giving me appetite issues. My other major concern is switching to an ADHD med that doesn't drain my appetite, but I've lacked the motivation to do it.

I have also been a little nervous with taking any sort of SSRI, mostly because I haven't ever taken them as well as side effects (especially sexual dysfunction). It feels like a big commitment with potential for backfire, especially considering I have to leave my state in two weeks for a summer job, which will make prescriptions difficult to change, if it's even possible considering my provider.

She knows I'm hesitant I've never been prescribed any sort of SSRI but have wondered if it might help with chronic brain fog, something I have experienced for as long as I can remember.

This sucks. My obsessions have been waking me up in the middle of the night like clockwork and I feel glued to my computer for compulsions for the past three weeks. I have considered ERP but have been mostly focusing on sorting out ADHD meds before that.

Has anyone else been hesitant with prozac?
