Idk what I did. I uploaded my documents just fine and it kept telling me my photos were too blurry. When I messaged the stupid fucking chatgpt helper thing it told me the same thing. Now i uploaded perfect photos of my drivers license and it told me to contact support. Its been an hour since i asked what I should do.
