Long time lurker, first time poster. This is my second ever order off of Depop. I ordered (under my impression) two bundles. One listing having three items, the other having two. I messaged the seller beforehand to make sure my assumption was correct. I ordered and was super excited! It took quite a while for them to ship. Purchased 4/23, but never shipped until the 5/2, two days before an automatic refund should’ve happened I believe. I was honestly thinking the seller was just running out the clock and I was going to get a refund. They were nice and communicative which was nice though.

We chatted through the “Mini Big Dog Bundle” listing where I asked for clarification on the listing(s) and then from there after ordering the seller messaged me directly (so not through any listing or anything).

I was suppose to receive 5 items in total, all of one name brand. Instead, I got 1 blank tshirt (covered in stains) that was Fruit of the Loom brand. I just messaged the seller after opening the package. I immediately knew the package was too light, plus yesterday, seller messaged me asking me to tell them what I receive????

I have no idea what to do now. Should I contact support now? or wait til I hear back from the seller? i told them what i received after opening the box as well.

Thank you in advance.

Need buying help I think? Not sure next steps
