Keeps regenerating even tho I said not to

Today Chatgt is making me pull my hair out.
It just bad today
No matter what I say, it regenerates a new image when I just want it to tell me the issues with an image.
Even after it told me what to say to make it NOT regenerate a new image, it just keeps doing it!
