Do pwBPD feel their actions

So my friend thats been emotionally draining me bringing me down being too attached and a whole lot of stuff i talked abt before, the other day she was talking about how her other friend does the same things that she does to me and she complained about how it draining and that she will cut her off.
Problem is: she does the exact same thing to me like its crazy and ik the other girl shes someone to call your bluff but shes an alright person definitely not a bully
So im thinking is she not aware of her action?
