How do you store Scout Health forms?

We're making sure we have them for the upcoming campout, and honestly we'd never done that before. We're trying to be better about doing what we're supposed to do.

It has occurred to me that these health forms contain information that is probably protected under HIPAA.

Is there anything I should be aware of when it comes to the storage of these documents?
I'd rather destroy them after the campout than have legal responsibility for them, but I think Scouting America prefers that we keep them.
