PGWP (Inland) + SOWP (Outland)

Hi everyone,

My spouse and I submitted a joint application for an SOWP and PGWP on July 27, 2025. I recently got approved for the PGWP inland, whereas my spouse's application is still processing as an outland applicant. I was under the impression that we would receive the decisions on both files at the same time since they were submitted together, but it appears that they are being processed separately.

I am concerned because the IRCC portal prompted me to upload our proof of relationship (marriage certificate, etc.) under my section of the application. Since our files are being processed at different times, I’m worried the officer reviewing the SOWP might not have immediate access to those documents.

Has anyone else experienced this? Should I submit those documents via a webform for my spouse's application, or will the officer eventually link the files? Also, if anyone has been in the same situation (inland PGWP + outland SOWP), please share your complete timeline.
