Is anyone else reorganizing their workflow around AI tools lately?
It seems like productivity tools are not just "helping" people do their jobs but gradually changing how they work.
Once, the emphasis was only on note-taking apps, task lists, and manual research.
Now AI tools are invisibly everywhere - looking at, being updated, and even supporting you to make decisions faster.
I know some people who are just using them to save time, but there are also very creative ones who are manufacturing one ambitious workflow after another (research → summary → action).
An innovation to help in a load of document-consuming work, and instead of just giving a text overview, it transforms the lengthy content into straightforward insights.
So, it doesn't seem to me that these are merely "productivity apps" anymore, but "thinking assistants".
