Eyeing this girl for a full school year.

Soo i've been eyeing this girl for the entirety of my freshmen year and i honestly cant tell if she has a boyfriend or not. I see her with his tall guy but i never see them do anything intimate. A friend or brother???? I'm not sure. Regardless, I like her. She's exactly my type. Another thing I'm unsure about is if she even speaks english. I mean i guess i saw her type in english once when i sat next to her during an exam and im not sure if i remember correctly but i perhaps heard her speak english????? Im not sure. She speaks spanish i know this becahse she sits across from me and my buddies lunch table and she hangs out with spanish speaking people. Idk why im so unsure about these things. I dont have any classes with her and i only have lunch with her. I do see her afterschool sometimes. I've been trying to figure out the two questions for a while now but i never got an answer for months 🥲. Im pretty desperate right now. I know i should focus on myself and yadda yadda but i really like this girl yknow usual teenage love or whatever. I'm not sure though.
