Got scammed or some

So it has been about a week since 20€ of my account got used to gift rust to a random bot acc. His name is random letters, steam acc 0 and has only 1 game, rust. I have contacted steam support multiple times, also requested multiple refunds but none helped. Can anyone give me an advice?
