Anxiety, additives, costs, oh my

Reading the wiki and the other pinned posts and then seeing the recent posts - it seems things change rapidly. I was hoping to do additive-free (have had weird neuro spice with taking B vitamins in the past) but I don't fully understand that portion of things.

TL:DR
Want to start Tirz with mental health challenges on board, and a lower budget. Looking for the best option for affordability that also has some handholding in the onboarding and consistency in customer service.
