nyc shortage

Just curious if anyone’s had any luck finding medication? I’m prescribed 20 mg ir Adderall tablets. It was suggested that I sign up for medfinder, and in the last 4 days It’s apparently called 170 pharmacies and none of them have it. I’ve never used medfinder before so I can’t tell how reliable it really is. Would love suggestions if anyone has any!
