Help - I need to optimize my iron setup

I'm currently gaming Mizuno Pro 225 irons with Steelfiber i95s shafts. My 7 iron carries about 185 yards. While more distance is always great, I feel like I don't need my irons to go as far as they currently do (I usually play whites or blues - about 6000-6500 yards). I would rather have more stopping power with increased spin and height. Any recommendations for iron heads or shafts that would help with this?
