BCBA Looking for ABA Software With Intake Docs + Scheduling Included

I am a BCBA starting a private practice and am stuck when it comes to what platforms to use.

I am specifically looking for a data collection system that also offers parents/clients to fill out intake documents, as well as allows signatures on intake/consent forms.

What I'm finding is that data collection platforms typically allow signatures on session notes and progress reports, but not intake forms. Likewise, I am finding that most data collection platforms don't allow for intake forms.

I was originally going to use SimplePractice but found that it was too expensive to have two platforms that could (hopefully, and ideally) be found in one ABA software.

The goal is to keep everything housed in a HIPAA-compliant platform.

Does anyone have experience with systems that offer this, or use different platforms for these functions that they might recommend?
