Araxxor in leagues

On leagues I now have 7 spider heads (1/250) and 1 piece of the halberd in 250 kills where the stated rate is 1/40.

Is my RNG broken or did jagex accidentally set the heads to be 1/40 and leave the halberd pieces at 1/200?
