M4F looking to do a long-term academy style rp

I am 18+, all characters and participants must be 18+

M28 EST. I'm looking for a partner who is willing to brainstorm and discuss ideas before starting the rp, I don't enjoy doing all the work i like it when it's collaborative. I do work 40 hours a week so I'd like someone flexible and someone who won't ghost

So I've been craving a academy style rp, I was thinking it would be a mix between Hogwarts and camp half-blood, but at a college age. I'm really hoping to brainstorm this because I feel like it be a lot of different things. It could be a Fantasy academy for adventures, a academy for monster hybrid, it could even be a fandom AU, Marvel, bleach, League of Legends? Could easily just make an academy with those characters.

If you're interested respond with something you'd like included in the rp. I'd really love to explore this idea with someone.
