The app created by Jaser that is literally saving my life around the world
Hi everyone! I wanted to share with you an app that I think is brilliant, but unfortunately, it's less well-known than it deserves. It's called 'Where is the Toilet'.
Jaser created it, and it's not your typical static map of public restrooms. The great thing is that it's entirely
community-driven:
Real reviews: Users write whether the restroom is clean, whether there's paper, or whether it's pay-to-use (essential to avoid surprises).
Gamification: There are trophies, leaderboards, and mini-games to play while you're... there.
Zero Fake: The community flags and cleans up incorrect data.
I know Jaser has invested heavily in it and often lost money to keep it running (he's talked about it in a few videos). I've been using it for months and am adding all the restrooms I find to help map the most unexplored areas.
Did you know about it? In my opinion, it's an Italian project that deserves much more support, especially for those traveling or living in large cities.
If you have any questions about how it works, the trophies, or want to know if there's coverage in a specific area, feel free to ask in the comments! Feel free to add any bathrooms you know of if they're not listed on the map!
