Help finding a doctor in quebec

I am in desperate need for help in finding a doctor that is educated and willing to properly examine, diagnose and treat chronic autoimmune diseases such as MCAS, EDS, ME/CFS in Canada.

I am willing to pay private however I am situated in Quebec, Canada. I am willing to go out of province, but I don't think many places accept out of province patients.

I was diagnosed with ME over 10 years ago but that's as far as that went. I've been greatly struggling with health issues for 14 years now and have been unable to work and often times house/ bed bound.

I have been diagnosed with SIBO and IMO recently as well but am having trouble treating it and don't know the root cause.
