New Rolex Advice / DJ 16220

Hi Guys!

I was looking into buying my first Rolex (DJ 36mm, max budget of 9k) and have taken a look on Chrono 24.

Do you have any advice on if this might be a good piece? I love the look, but am concerned about buying an older watch as a first time buyer and the bracelet looks very worn, are those concerns valid.
