Stop finding flats that only work for your office. Built PropRadar — AI property search across 99Acres, MagicBricks & NoBroker ranked by distance from ALL your key locations

Product Launch

Stop renting a flat that only works for your office.

You find a great 2BHK on 99Acres. Good price, nice area. Open Google Maps. Your gym is 40 minutes away. Your parents are an hour. The metro is nowhere close. You close the tab and start again.

This is every flat hunt in Bangalore. You optimise for one location and sacrifice everything else. The apps don't help — every property portal filters by one neighbourhood, one pin, one radius. Your life doesn't work that way.

So I built PropRadar.

What it does?

Pin up to 5 locations that matter to you — office, gym, school, parents' home, your partner's workplace, whatever. PropRadar uses Gemini AI to search 99Acres, MagicBricks, and NoBroker simultaneously and returns properties ranked by a combined commute score across all your locations. Every result shows road distance to each of your pins so you can see the full picture at a glance.

It's a Chrome extension. Free. No backend. No subscription. Just a free Gemini API key from Google AI Studio.

Why I built it?

I was flat hunting in Bangalore. Spent three weekends doing manually what this tool now does in 20 seconds — opening each listing, checking Maps for every location I cared about, building a mental spreadsheet. There had to be a better way.

Tech Stack: Vanilla JS · OpenStreetMap · Nominatim · Gemini API · AES-256-GCM · No frameworks · No build tools · No backend · Zero server costs

Three things I'm trying to figure out with real users:

  • The listings are AI-generated estimates based on current market rates, not live scraped data. Is that useful enough or do people need real live listings?
  • What other filters matter — furnishing, floor, society amenities?
  • Which cities get the most usage outside Bangalore?

If you're flat hunting right now or have been recently, I'd love to know what part of the search was most painful. That shapes what I build next.
