WTF is Brust in Drug Slang?

I saw a reel of a woman approaching a man who was waiting for someone to come to the street light. And she whispered in the low tone "mall hai kya?" And the guy said "konsa chaiye mango, mysore..." And she said "brust hai kya?" And he takes out his phone and start calling. She asked who he was calling? He said "police". And the girl is scared and starts running from there. I was confused now. I checked the comment and i found nothing. Can you please explain what 'Brust' means? Is that a secret code?
