RTF to powder

Recently, we made the switch for my six month old preemie from ready to feed Similac neosure to the powder version.

She has always been a bit of a happy spitter but her spit up looks different now. As an anxious first time mom I am terrified I am not making her formula right. I’m following the directions on the can and making a pitcher. It has only been a few days of using the powder. Could it be that her belly is just getting used to it, or maybe her spit up just look different now because of the difference in consistency? Her poop today has also been like clay consistency and she’s struggling to get it out.

Has anyone else experienced this?
