Ash Borer Tree Removal

Hello all!

My mother has a tree that is dying from an EAB infestation. It is going to cost a lot of money to have the tree removed. It is only about 20 years old and not very big. I live in Indiana, are there any groups of people or state organizations that would remove the tree for free due to the infestation. We don't have alot of money and it is dying.
