Denied by State Farm & Allstate due to a water claim – Who is actually writing in Seattle right now?

I’m in a bit of a bind and looking for some local advice. My home insurance with State Farm was non-renewed because of a single water damage claim in the last 12 months.

I tried jumping over to Allstate, but they declined immediately, saying they won’t touch anyone with a water claim in the last 5 years.

Has anyone else dealt with this recently in the Seattle area? I’m looking for:

• Carrier suggestions: Are there any companies that are more "forgiving" with a single recent claim?
• Broker recommendations: Any local independent agents who specialize in "hard to place" properties?

Really appreciate any leads. Living in a high-cost area is hard enough without being uninsurable over one pipe burst. Thanks!
