Apartments with Lake in Central Orlando??

Hey everyone! I am moving back to Orlando and need some community suggestions.

Anyone know of a REASONABLY PRICED community between Universal area and Downtown that has a nice lake to walk around or near?

My elderly dog and I love walks outside in the evening. I work at home so the proximity to downtown and a nice surrounding for my pup are the only two factor.

I am NOT looking for anything too new or too fancy. Just a nice community (even older) with a nice one bedroom layout. Even a private condo situation is great.

If you’ve lived somewhere that has a nice big pond or lake and that’s in a modestly safe area and has reasonable rent rates ($1300-$1500 range) I would love to know the community name!
