Reading the manga atm, and question came around…

Watched the anime, reading volume 3, they are watching the video Ushio recorded before she died. Flashback to days before Ushio was murdered, and we see as both her and her shadow go to the old clinic. And Ushio gets copied again…producing another Ushio that they fight at the clinic where the first shadow learns how to use her powers.

Was she able to get copied again because the original wasn’t destroyed?
