[Hiring] Short-Form Video Editor (TikTok / Organic Skincare Content) $50 per video

Hey everyone,

We run a skincare brand and I’m looking for a reliable short-form video editor to work with long-term. This is not a one-off gig — I want someone I don’t have to chase down, who can consistently deliver high-quality edits.

Important:

You must have experience working with a health & beauty brand, where your edits actually contributed to growing the account.

I’m not looking for someone who just edits videos — I’m looking for someone who has:

- Helped grow an account from low → high followers

- Seen views consistently increase over time

- Contributed to real engagement (comments, shares, saves)

- Worked on content that builds a personal brand or brand identity, not just random viral clips

Ideally, you’ve worked in a setup where:

- The brand/person filmed content in-house

- You worked from raw footage

- You shaped that footage into content that people actually wanted to watch and follow

If you don’t have this type of experience, this role is probably not a fit.

What I’m looking for:

- Strong short-form editing skills (TikTok / Reels style)

- Understands organic, lifestyle pacing (not MrBeast-style)

- Can edit slower, more natural content that still holds attention

- Good instincts for hooks, retention, and flow

- Clean captions, simple but effective cuts (not over-edited)

- Fast turnaround — deadlines matter

- Communicates clearly and consistently (no ghosting)

- Can work independently and improve over time

- Experience with UGC, testimonials, TikTok Shop-style content

Bonus if you’ve worked with:

- Skincare or beauty brands

- Farm / natural / lifestyle content

- Founder-led or story-driven brands

What this role looks like:

- Ongoing, consistent work (not just one project)

- Raw footage folders + clear briefs provided

- Editing for TikTok organic (not direct-response ads)
