Radial forearm free flap

Hi, I’m currently searching for more informations about a phalloplasty since I would like to get this surgery in the future. However, I recently learned at school that some new 3d printers could now create some tissues, it’s called bioprinting (I think). And the only thing I’m not really comfortable with this surgery is to have my skin taken off from my arm(or even my thighs) so I wanted to know if it was possible to not have my skin removed and to use another option ?
