stutter or sudden drop in fps for instances.[SOLVED]

now im doing this cuz it caused me a lot of issues couldnt figure out why some days the game works just fine and other days just outright terrible.

I know some people solved their issue by turning off nvidia and all possible overlays intel amd etc depending on your graphics including xbox overlay.

for my case it was intel and turning off apps did nothing until i turned off my bluetooth. turns out the source of my trouble was my samsung earbuds!! what a twist I could’ve never known if I didnt just think "what if".

if yall issue persists with the stutter just slowly break it down by closing things even your HDMI cable could cause such issues so u will need to explore and test one by one!
