Mail sorting jobs

I’m looking to change careers. I’m currently a nurse and I am so burnt out and disillusioned with how things are and where they’re headed.

I was a Christmas temp at a sorting office 2 years in a row and I really enjoyed it. I was pretty fast at sorting letters, so have been considering getting a job doing that again.

I can’t see any jobs in the area that I will be moving to. I remember there were a few temps that were offered permanent positions at the end of our contracts - is that the most realistic route in?
