Liability Dispute

Hi all,

The tenancy to my flat ended on 31st April, however I did move all my stuff out in the 25th.

The letting agents told me that they were doing there check out report on the 27th (4 days before the end of my tenancy) which I did not give them permission to do so before the end of my tenancy.

They are charging me £225 for cleaning based off the check out report.

Seeing as they did it without my consent and as well as myself not giving the keys in until a fee days after the check out report was conducted, would I have a reasonable argument that the check out report was conducted early without my consent, and before I had the opportunity to finish cleaning the property to their standard before I gave the keys in?
