Help identifying Yoshitaka Amano’s watch (from interview video)

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to identify a watch worn by Yoshitaka Amano in an interview video.

Here’s the exact moment:

He’s sitting and talking, and you can clearly see the watch on his wrist. I tried pausing and zooming, but I’m still struggling to identify it.

What I’ve noticed so far:

• Looks like a chronograph
• Busy dial with multiple lines of text
• Gives me some Omega Speedmaster vibes, but I don’t think it’s actually one
• Could be Japanese (Seiko/Citizen?) or maybe a homage piece

I also tried:

• Google Lens → no useful matches
• Asking ChatGPT → inconclusive

If anyone recognizes the model or even the brand, I’d really appreciate the help!
