Best beginner motorcycle (180cm, 70kg)

I'm not a big guy and I'm a bit afraid the weight of a bike will be an issue.

I was looking at some 400cc bikes (Triumph Speed 400 or Yamaha mt-07) but maybe it is a better idea to start with a 125cc?
