Moving

I am a single mom of a 1 year old planning to move to Thailand. I get out of the airforce in July and plan to move shortly after. Any tips you may have for me as to budgeting, life over there, things to know. I would love to get a house or land where I can start a farmstead or have access to growing my own food. I have been looking into the DTV visa but I don’t have 45k saved up. I also been looking at the Thai language and or studying for my bachelors over there with using my GI bill. A lot is on my mind and have a lot to clear out just wanted to hear out some people . I do what to be at home as much as possible to care for my little one. I have been looking for remote work but idk what todo as I want to make sure I can care for my baby yet still be financially well off as well as my career….
