There may just be no escaping the "why?" loop

It starts innocent enough. One "why?" about something totally reasonable, clouds, dogs, why the sky is blue. Easy enough to answer.

But then it happens. The follow-up why. And the why after that. And suddenly it's 20 minutes later, and somehow we've ended up at a deeply philosophical conversation about whether fish know they're wet.

There's no wrong answer in the why loop, there's just more why.
