The issue I have with Jo's recent storyline

It just feels like it came out of nowhere that she's not happy and OB anymore and it is going to make switch back to general. Fine if you want to make have her switch back but drop a little hint here in there of her picking up more general shifts then she's working in OB have people notice and ask her questions but have her avoid answering. Then it culminates in that scene we saw with Teddy where she's finally talking about it and saying she isn't happy and seemingly is pretty sure she does not want to continue in OB.
