Hila mentioned only being able to use tampons because the other option wasn’t realistic. listen- I cannot recommend the menstrual cup enough. it is LIFE CHANGING. they’re chemical-free, saves you so much money, they last for years, and i forget about mine all the time while it’s in. i leave it in for the duration of my period, maybe change it like once.
