What if a patent examiner did what Lutnick or Squires did?

What if a patent examiner, perhaps someone who does 150% and has 100% timely and does outstanding work even under the new PAP, went to Epstein Island and lied about there after knowing Epstein was in trouble with the law over pedophilia? Or helped Trump get a patent in official capacity? What would happen to that examiner's career?
