this is my favorite brand but their zippers

has anyone else had problems with the double zippers on the hoodies? I own two zip up hoodies and a rain jacket by them, and the zippers on all 3 always give me trouble trying to zip them. not a deal breaker i’m never gonna stop buying their hoodies.
Is this a skill issue or is this a common thing other people have noticed?
